The search and selection process
- Definition of the Candidate Profile.
- The Search - after defining the candidate profile, a candidate search is begun using various methods:
- Delineating business areas and identifying a list of companies which may provide suitable candidates;
- Utilising our own network of connections/Making inquiries from former candidates/Researching through our own database and through other means;
By using these methods EEC Consultants are able to compile an initial list of possible candidates.
- Contact Potential Candidates
- Personal interviews - once a potential candidate has been contacted he or she is invited to attend a personal interview, so that EEC Consultants can evaluate their professional achievements and limitations; main personality characteristics; strengths and weaknesses; and their potential suitability within the Client's organisation;
- The Short List - after all potential candidates have been interviewed, EEC Consultants generate a Short List containing the best qualified 2-4 persons; this list, along with a summary of the evaluation and assessment results from the entire search process, is presented to Clients';
- The Final Interview - Selected Short List candidates are invited to attend final interviews at the Client's organisation, with assistance from our Consultant;
- The Reference Check
- Follow-up - once a candidate has been placed, EEC Consultants provide a follow-up service to ensure a successful transition and a fruitful future for both parties.
During the executive search and selection process our Consultants maintain a continuous relationship with our Clients' HR and key managers through meetings, telephone contacts and formal written progress reports. After the candidates' placement, EEC Clients are asked to complete an evaluation form, evaluating our service; thus allowing us to constantly improve the quality of our work.
Duration of search process:
Most assignments will take 4-8 weeks from the beginning of the Search Phase to complete, depending on the difficulty of the task.
The EEC Guarantee:
EastEuroCo backs the quality of its' work by offering a standard 6-month guarantee. In certain instances, we reserve the right to modify the length of time of the guarantee.
