Sándor Söpkéz
Managing Partner
Mr. Söpkéz graduated from the Budapest University of Economic Sciences in 1989.
After having worked as a consultant at a Hungarian recruitment agency, Mr. Söpkéz founded EastEuroCo in 1991. During the past decade, he has become well known in business world for his networking abilities and for his up-to-date market knowledge. Mr. Söpkéz acts as a Consultant to many international companies in various fields, including banking, telecommunication, IT and energy. Due to his in-depth expertise working within Central and Eastern Europe, he is also the primary contact for Clients requiring cross-border executive search assistance. Mr. Söpkéz served in the Board of the Joint Venture Association for 6 years, and also served for 5 years in the American Chamber of Commerce in Hungary as a Member of Board.
Mr. Söpkéz speaks English, Portuguese and Hungarian.

Erika Juhász
Associate Partner, Senior Consultant
Ms. Juhász graduated from the Karl Marx University of Economic Sciences in Budapest in 1989. She then held a position on the faculty of foreign trade, and specialised in marketing and consumer behaviour. In 1998 she obtained a post-graduate qualification from the University of Economic Sciences in Budapest in Organisation Management. Ms. Juhász was involved in launching of one of the very first personnel selection firms in Hungary in 1989. From 1992 to 1996, she worked as a Senior Consultant in the Budapest office of a multinational executive search company, before joining EEC in 1996. Her areas of expertise are banking, telecommunication and finance.
Ms. Juhász speaks English, German and Hungarian.

Magdalena Marcinkowska
Ms. Marcinkowska holds a Double Masters Degree in International Business Studies from the Copenhagen Business School (Denmark) and The Graduate School of Business Administration and Leadership (Mexico).
Ms. Magdalena Marcinkowska is a young Polish professional with a vast experience of living and working abroad, including nine years in Scandinavia and a year in Mexico. Ms. Marcinkowska has experience from various sectors, including hospitality, logistics, construction and brewing industry.
Ms. Marcinkowska speaks Polish, Danish, English, German and Spanish.
