About Us
EastEuroCo was founded in Budapest, in 1991, and since then, we have been successfully operating in the wider CEE arena. We have been operating for 20 years as a generalist executive search organization, with huge experience in almost all of the special sectors.
We have extended our operations to the surrounding countries , including Rumania, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, with our filial, already in the mid 90's, and today we service our customers in additional smaller countries like Macedonia, Bosnia-Herzegovina,
Montenegro, Albania or Kosovo as well.
We have well educated and experienced specialized consultants covering their scope of capabilities, and we even have inside colleagues in Poland, and in Russia to support our customers there as well.
In the last couple years beside the core activity of headhunting, we have been supporting our customers with management evaluations, management development programs, or interim management as well.
In 2009 December we have launched our HR office within the Sóstó Ipari Park in Székesfehérvár, Hungary, to support industrial organization in their smooth development and success.
We have been a strong corporate citizen since 1998, when we started to support contemporary artist, by supporting exhibitions, and buying pieces of modern art. A decade later we started to support the football and basketball club of Kaposvár, and these days we also support organizations to create and well manage their policies for employing handicapped people.
